is obtained by the solicitation of Gas, applied in the processes, it allows to modify surface properties.

Technology

Plasma technology is an innovative and effective solution for the treatment of materials and surfaces.It is divided into the two main process' application: the Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Technology and the Vacuum Plasma Technology.

ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE
Plasma

ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE Plasma Technology is implemented in a system where the process takes place in a normal atmosphere.
The gas, excited by the high voltage,
creating the Plasma.
The reactive particles that composing Plasma jet are expelled from the compressed air by a nozzle system.
In this case, the acceleration of the flow, resulting from the pressure of the compressed air, generates the desired function on the surface being treated.
The effects of this treatment are: activation and precision cleaning, polarization and coating.
Application performance can be influenced in various ways by varying the power and combination of the nozzles, or the parameters of the process such as the speed of the treatment and the distance from the surface of the substrate.

VACUUM
Plasma

Vacuum Plasma Technology occurs in a system where a vacuum is created in the order of 0.01mBar and,
through a generator, the gas molecules
entered in the process are solicited in order to
create the plasma.
Exposure to the treatment creates chemical-physical reactions on the surface and causes a variation in the material's properties and surface features.
The vacuum system can engage different gases and mixtures (air, oxygen, argon, argon-hydrogen, oxygen-tetrafluoromethane etc.) or surface coatings based of silica or fluorinated polymers.
The effect obtained by the plasma applications
depends by changing the parameters of the process
such as the composition of the mixture
and the flow of gas, the vacuum,
the power of the generator, or the exposure time.

Materials

Plasma applications never have limits in terms of size, shape and consistency of the materials but, above all, we can claim that: "any surface is ideal for being subjected to a plasma treatment".
